Student and Family Support Office

Trillium Lakelands District School Board (TLDSB) recognizes that students and parents/guardians are vital partners in fostering student success, achievement, and well-being. To support this partnership, the Board is dedicated to collaborating with families to address any inquiries and/or concerns regarding their child’s education.

Process for addressing concerns

Inquiries from parents/guardians and students are to start at the school level with the student’s teacher and later with the principal if the matter is not resolved. If additional follow-up is required, the matter can be escalated to the superintendent of learning, followed by the TLDSB Student and Family Support Office.

The following graphic provides a step-by-step overview of the process for addressing  concerns.
