Please email your completed form to [email protected] with your registration number and the name of the school to which you are applying. A representative from the school will call to go over the form with you and to make plans for your child’s attendance.

Encouraging lifetime learning for all ages, students age 16 and over can earn credits or upgrade skills in any of our six Adult and Alternative Education Centres. Parents/guardians who decide to provide home schooling for their child are to notify the school board of their intent in writing. Provide the name, gender, and date of birth of each child who is receiving home schooling, and the telephone number and address of the home.
If home schooling is to be provided in subsequent years, notification is to be received each year in writing prior to September 1 to the Board in whose jurisdiction their child last attended school. The letter is to contain the same information as in the initial letter described above.
