The District School Council/Parent Involvement Committee (DSC-PIC) supports parents/guardians in engaging in their child’s education. DSC-PIC also provides opportunities for parents/guardians to have a voice that will be taken into account at the Board level. More information can be found in the Ministry of Education Regulation 612/00: School Council and Parent Involvement Committees and the Board’s BD-2007 District School Council – PIC Policy.
Committee membership includes trustees and school council chairs.
All committee meetings start at 6 p.m. and are available at the host location listed below, or online. Note: attendees can submit questions prior to the meeting at the time of RSVPing to the meeting invitation.
