We wish all Trillium Lakelands District School Board (TLDSB) students and staff a well deserved summer break!
Below is information/dates to keep in mind over the next couple of months:
All school buildings will be closed to the public for the summer break beginning Monday, July 6, reopening on Tuesday, September 1.
Beginning the week of July 6, the TLDSB Lindsay Education Centre is open to the public Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Muskoka Education Centre is closed to the public over the break.
Google storage reminder – students graduating or not returning next school year to TLDSB have until Friday, July 31, to transfer data from the TLDSB Network and Google Workspace. After this date, all information/files will be deleted.
Back to school information – families should expect to receive the new school year information directly from their child’s school starting the first week of September.
First day of school – all TLDSB elementary and secondary schools will reopen to students for the first day of school on Tuesday, September 8. Note, Kindergarten students will have a staggered start and this will be communicated directly by the school.
Registration and transcript requests – new enrolment and transcript requests will be received starting Tuesday, September 1.
Reopening – School secretaries will start to answer the phones, email, and collect messages on Tuesday, September 1.
School year calendar – The 2026-2027 school year calendar (PDF) can be found on the Board’s Calendar page. A hard copy of this calendar will be sent home with your child(ren) at the beginning of school.

Transportation information – transportation information for the 2026-2027 school year will be available via mybustoschool.ca in the parent portal after Thursday, August 27.
