Mental Health Services Newsletter – June

The end of the school year can stir up a whole range of emotions; for many there is excitement and anticipation; for others there are feelings of anxiety and uncertainty.

With the transition from the school year into summer break, schedules become less predictable and can cause increased stress for parents, caregivers, and children alike. Each child and family is unique, but there are things all parents/guardians can do to support the transition. With the right strategies in place, it’s possible to navigate this time with ease and ensure a smooth transition into the summer months.
