Dear TLDSB Grade 4-12 parents/guardians,
This school year, Trillium Lakelands District School Board (TLDSB) continues to gather information on student well-being and focuses on improving learning environments that foster equity, inclusion, and belonging. In order to continue to grow, TLDSB is conducting a School Climate Survey for Grade 4-12 students during the week of May 6 to 10. This survey is anonymous, voluntary, and will be completed in class.
The information gathered from this survey last school year allowed schools to gain a deeper understanding directly from the students on their school climate in terms of how students experience school supports, social and emotional learning, as well as their feelings on a safe and inclusive environment.
When students participate in this survey, they provide valuable information for the school and to the Board to further support them and the school culture overall. If you would like to opt your child(ren) out of completing this survey, please contact your child’s school to let them know.
