King Albert Public School holds Fall Festival

On October 25, the King Albert Public School (KAPS) Equity Team held a Fall Festival free of charge for the school community to attend.

The festival was an opportunity for students and families to take part in fall-themed activities, including munching on popcorn and/or cotton candy, partaking in face painting, spooky sensory bins, games, and pumpkin decorating.

A big shout out to local farmer Charlie Clarke, who generously donated 100 pumpkins to the school for the event.

The Fall Festival brought the KAPS community together to enjoy a unique school event. “With parent/guardian and community engagement being a priority for the Equity Team, KAPS staff are planning to host monthly events at the school. This autumn festival was a great community-builder to kick off the school year,” said Principal Andrea O’Leary.
