On May 11, I.E. Weldon Secondary School (IEWSS) hosted their first-ever Reverse Job Fair.
The day-long event invited local businesses and community partners to the school to speak with current Grade 10 to 12 students in agriculture, community care, construction, engineering, hospitality, manufacturing, and transportation. The students had an opportunity to show off their portfolios and business cards, showcasing their skills while employers travelled around the displays introducing themselves to discuss future cooperative education and job opportunities.
