Trillium Lakelands District School Board (TLDSB) secondary students are invited to apply for the Ministry of Ontario’s Skilled Trades Bursary Program, which provides a $1,000 bursary to students who wish to pursue a post-secondary skilled trades pathway.
Eligible candidates are selected based on the following criteria:
- Are currently in Grade 11 or 12.
- Will have completed a minimum of two cooperative education (co-op) credits in a skilled trades placement by June 2026.
- Plans to pursue a post-secondary pathway in the skilled trades.
- Is facing financial and/or other barriers to completing their Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
Interested students are to apply by Friday, February 20, by completing the Skilled Trades Bursary Application Form.
