This virtual event is a great opportunity for Trillium Lakelands District School Board (TLDSB) parents and guardians to learn more about nurturing children’s resilience during the pandemic.
Known for his engaging speaking style, Dr. Michael Ungar uses the power of storytelling to drive home essential lessons learned from his experience working with youth, their families, and adults. He is a family therapist and professor of Social Work at Dalhousie University, where he holds the Canada Research Chair in Child, Family, and Community Resilience.
This event is hosted by TLDSB District School Council/Parent Involvement Committee.
