The Minister of Education announced earlier today that the March Break holiday, scheduled to take place March 15 to 19 will be postponed until the week of April 12 to 16.
This means all Trillium Lakelands District School Board (TLDSB) elementary and secondary students and staff are expected to take part in their current school program (in-person or online learning) during the week of March 15 to 19. All schools, including TLDSB Learn@Home programs will be closed to students during the week of April 12 to 16.
The decision was made in consultation with the Ontario chief medical officer of health, and public health officials to assist in slowing the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.
